All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, restocks, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • International shipping times may vary depending on destinations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be clearly stated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Lifté is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lifté is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
